After all foreigners left it, the camp in Hemer town (Stalag VI-A) became an assembly point of all repatriable Soviet people. This meeting took place in mid May. I was there, sitting on a bench for the disabled veterans just in front of the platform. Soviet officers, who were on the repatriation committee, gave a speech.
